With ease of use being the primary concern, the program will check for conflicts prior to finalizing a booking, allow multiple facilities and multiple dates to be booked with one procedure and offer a generous array of reports.

Bridge Facilities Manager

Permit Version

Designed primarily for schools and school districts, this advanced version of Facilities Manager will feature scheduling of - and permit issuance for - classrooms and other facilities for classes, sporting events and practices, and other billable and non-billable functions and events. It will also incorporate student information (including photos), class rosters/classroom assignments, team rosters, event preparation and post event teardown time allowances, conflict and redundancy avoidance, and an accounting module for billable events.

The program will be intranet/internet based and require an NT server. Users will interface with the program with both direct-connect screens and advanced use of browser technology incorporating high-level encryption and permissions.
