The Viewer Programs

There are two different 'Viewer' programs which allow anyone deemed appropriate by the purchasing organization to quickly view/review the current bookings. The 'Viewer' programs are included at no charge. Both programs start with showing all the bookings for the current day - although in entirely different formats. Both also allow the user to search for any information within the schedule. They can also generate all the reports of the main program. These programs have proven very beneficial in relieving pressure from whoever is in charge of scheduling. Now, reports and information can be generated independently of the scheduling program.

The Scrolling Display - (Optional)

The last part of the program is the optional display. This is a computer- generated scrolling display of the current day's events - much like you would see in a hotel lobby. However, you may also add specific notes for any day and have them displayed simultaneously. For example, you may have a note saying the' bloodmobile will be at the facility all week' posted on the right hand side of the screen while the day's events are scrolling on the left hand side. The display is highly customizable with colors, fonts and graphics. Although the events are generated through the central schedule database, notes and customization can be de- centralized and tailored for individual locations. There is also an option in the main program to preclude displaying selected events.
